If changing device from iPhone to Android OR Android to iPhone
You will need to uninstall the JMS One app on your old device, before installing the app on your new device.

The number on my notification does not change

For iPhone users, tap on the notification bell on the app.
The jobs are gone before I can accept them and all I can see is a circle going around and around (buffering)

This means that the job has been accepted by someone else.
I want my text messages to be turned on

The App works faster than text messages. If you still wish to have them turned on, then please call the JMS Help Desk.
